Not sure how accurate. But it says on the bottom that they have used Monash as a source.

Did you know about the iPhone app available from Monash which has the traffic light system in the guide section - even more useful than a print-out?

Hi - Yes...I don't have an iPhone:-(... Have emailed Monash about the android version but they've had some problems so looks like later this year. Have to make do with my spreadsheets till then.

thanks I printed. I have IBS-C, don't know about you. Food my GI doc told me to avoid: banana, white rice, white flour, white meat chicken, cheese, yogurt, toast, applesauce, chocolate! I don't know--this is a lot to digest

Thanks ibsr, this is a very strict version that is a cross between fodmaps and paleo. It cuts out all carbs and dairy as well which is the palieo bit. If you want to to follow just the fodmaps, I have found this chart very helpful: ibsgroup.org/brochures/fodm...
