Grumbling stomach

Does anyone else stomach pretty much grumble and gurgle none stop? Like your insides are being re arranged and makes you panic you could start with diarrhoea at any moment? Mine constantly sounds like a washing machine and sets my anxiety sky high

Oh yes I do constantly, I sympathise, apart from the audible noise it feels so uncomfortable. I am sure this is IBS and trapped wind or a food intolerance. In wish I could suggest a cure, I’m thinking of buying some Windeze tablets when I go shopping today! Any help would be welcome.

I use Windeze and they do help. I also take peppermint oil capsules which also calm the wind down.
