Hello everyone!
My IBS symptoms are super mild as of late, in fact the only symptom I say I have right now is the bloating.
My lower abdomen feels dull, or like it's full!
I've tried peppermint tea but it doesn't do anything for me - I think the bloat is from the increase of fiber I've had. I've eaten nothing but boiled chicken and rice for two days and the same bloat is still there - maybe it'll go after my next BM.
I can't eat chicken and rice forever so I'll eventually face this problem again - what do you guys use to beat the bloat?
