Bloating

Hi can anyone tell me if they have an extremely bloated abdoman but no cramps or pain-also the diarrhoea has gone also but my abdoman is very bloated.

Hi I had the same problem and have been taking acidophilus complex from the health food shop it worked for me it's a probiotic in capsules.

You need to take religiously for 4 weeks.

Only when really bad.

Also find that baby medicine for colic , obviously triple the dosage can also be helpful n its gentle on tummy.

Im paranoid ive put tons of weight on as i look 7 months pregnant some times, my weight rarely goes up but my belly does, i get bloated and feel tired loads, i get moodswings oh and of cause bad wind! My poos can be normal and regular thou but when i have a flare up they are all over the show

I also suffer with tummy bloating. I have to wear 2 different size clothes, 12 or 14 depending on how bad it is. I do believe in peppermint oil in warm water as a drink n also take baby's colic medicine.

Yes I suffer with a perpetual belching condition (I know that sounds weird) and my tummy appears to be bloated but have no problem with constipation or diarrhoea and in no pain just discomfort

Hi, I have been reading about charcoal tablets for abdominal bloating just wondered if anyone has tried it.
