It's a struggle symptoms Gas Diarrhea

This is the third month since I have been having discomfort before and after meals. Painful gas and sudden urges to go with a day or two of no movement. I am convinced this may be more since it only started after a meal from a restaurant in March. Since 2011, bloating was an issue and runny tummy only occurred if something didn't agree with me or I was anxious and going somewhere. My issue is the inability to eat specific foods, wheat, nuts and I am lactose intolerant.

Breakfast is a big challenge especially if I go to the bathroom afterward. That pain can affect me all day.

Hi..just came across this post and seeing if you are feeling any better now? Have you been under the care of a Gastroenterologist, colon and Rectal specialist? Have you been diagnosed with IBS..any other tests such as Colonoscopy? Cat scan? I have heard a lot of good things about Buscopan. I take Levsin or Bentyl and it has stopped the painful spasms..I hope you get it all sorted out..
