Hi

Im 7 weeks pregnant and im finding my ibs symptoms get worse. I was on Dustapalin Retard before pregnancy. I have a form of IBS-D but I dont get diarrhoea, just feel as if food passed thru my system at a quicker pace. Soft but formed bowel movements (sorry tmi). Of course i have cramping-this is the real issue.

Is there anything i can use during this period? Im miserable. My gastro said theres nothing i can use.

Also is cornflakes bad for ibs?

Help would be highly appreciated
