Hello all.

I have been treated for h.pylori but since then my symptoms have remained. After extensive tests including a endoscopy all results have been clear. Doctors now going down the IBS route. Has anyone tried acupuncture for IBS? Am researching the FODMAP diet too. All tips taken on board. Thank you xx

I have found the FODMAP diet about 60% helpful, but it is best to work with a dietician and important to be very strict with it.
