Does anyone know of a weight gain powder that does not have milk or a lot of unhealthy (High FODMAP) ingredients?

My dietician is working with a Doctor to find something my insurance will cover. The pharmacy I go to does not have anything, or they would have to order it. I only have Medicare, and they won't pay for nutritional supplements. I am low income..on Disability. He (Doctor) is trying to call in a script for "Ensure" that a medical supply store may have. Yesterday, the dietician bought out some bottles/samples of Ensure. But I noticed it has a lot of High FODMAP ingredients, although they seemed to have reduced the sugar content. I have to probably pay out of pocket. I looked at some websites..and it seems everything is for bodybuilders. Does anyone have any suggestions (who have lost a lot of weight) - I have IBS-C..pretty severe, and losing weight really bad. I have tried to eat..but everything even the smallest meal, makes me cramp. I just woke up, and am not feeling well..more lower abdominal cramping. Doctor wants me to take two Ensure a day, but 100 calories per bottle seems very little. I am looking into powders in a tub..it's all I can afford. Thanks for reading..☺

Hi ! I'm struggling too to gain weight as i suffer from IBS/ A ..alternating between diarrhea and " constipated diahrrea " a term i've invented so that i can better explain my condition to doctors 😳 which is also another separate struggle 😩 ..Any ways i was browsing the net and found this website that offerers nutritional drinks and pudding like foods " to make it easy to swallow " ..you can browse the menu under "shop by category " then scroll down to Dairy free section ..To be honest i haven't tried their products yet , but I'm planning to do so as every powder supplement sold locally in my country contains either corn syrup or milk proteins that are huge triggers for me :

nutridrinks.co.uk

Hope this help and Best of luck 🌹

nutridrinks.co.uk/calogen-n...

I found this drink 👆 the most suitable for our sensitive guts , hopefully as it doesn't contain so many trigger ingredients plus it's Dairy free
