Magnesium is good for constipation and other things - I've been using Bimuno powders and so far they are good and only three days in seeing a difference in bloat - keep us posted though

Its safe enough to take all the time yeah? I really dont wana be relaying on laxatives to go and was hoping this was a more natural soloution to my problem.. thank you.

CaraD yes it is safe enough to take everyday I take 600-800 mg per day I have severe Ibs-c and it helps a lot. Good luck

Yes it's a mineral so is safe - Nature's Best are a brilliant site and I just messaged them yesterday regarding a product - ask them as many questions you like and they will get back to you
