IBS ?

I have bubble popping sensation in my stomach and its bloated and on renitadine from gp, not helping me , could it be ibs ?

I get this loads. It’s like popcorn going off in my digestive system. I find charcoal tablets help sometimes and the low fodmap diet has helped a bit but I still get it regularly.

Hi. I get the whistles and popping gurgling sensations most weeks. Check out the High and low FODMAP list on NHs website and try cutting out (for couple of weeks to start with) the high FODMAP foods that you eat regularly and see if the symptoms subside. I can't to anywhere quiet if I've eaten something I shouldn't and we're all different. Good luck.

you could try some peppermint oil, its very good for trapped wind
