Hello, has anyone else had issues with this? I have been getting quite a bit of blood loss with bowel movements and initially thought it might be piles. Having been taking germaloid suppositories and laxido once a day I am not so sure.
I have diverticula disease and ibs-c. Can anyone help?

You need to see your GP if you have blood , it hopefully will be harmless but better to get it checked out.
Hi. I’ve had IBS constipation for years. Then diagnosed with ulcerative colitis 18 months ago but puzzled the consultant because I don’t the classic signs. He sent me to a dietitian who put me in a FODMAP diet a week ago. The result has been amazing. Go to your gp and get referred. Good luck
I had bleeding and initially thought it was piles also. I left this for over 5 weeks and it turned out I had acute ulcerative colitis and within a few days of being diagnosed I had a ileostomy. I realise this is sever but my point is go get it checked out rather than wondering what it might be.
