Constant issues with constipation. Nothing wrong that Dr's found medically. Blood work came back negative.

Have to rely on laxatives.

Any suggestions much appreciated!

A couple of suggestions for you: Drink at LEAST 1 full quart of just plain water every day (throughout the day). Before bedtime try taking Psyllium Husks (not the powder) as per instructions on can. I use Prima Herba. Make sure you are eating fruits and veggies... ANYhoo...! This is a good start. Good luck and I hope this does the trick for you.

Is Prima Herba the brand of PSYLLIUM? There's about 7 or 8 varieties. Which one do I want?

I am sure there are other good brands besides Yerba Prima...I just think its necessary to get the regular psyllium husk and NOT the psyllium husk powder. Some might tell you 'it doesn't make any difference. powder or husk'...but it made a huge difference for me...I am sure you could order it on line...or get it from any health food or vitamin store. Have you tried glycerine suppositories sometimes I need to use them to get things ‘going’. Also milk of magnesia is good, gentle on the stomach but I need to take double the dose.

Yes, have tried suppositories in between laxatives and they do help. Milk of Magnesia cannot be found in Hungary.

All replies are very much appreciated. I am just having difficulty in finding stores/drug stores/pharmacies/etc that sell these products.

I live in Budapest, Hungary and there's no GNC type vitamin/nutrition type store here. If they exist, I can't locate!

The product I want, Pyllium Husks are available on Amazon but they don't ship to Hungary. So, I'm back to square one.

I need "HELP!"

Peoples's response has been terrific and really appreciated. I don't know what these 2 products are and have decided to try "PSYLLIUM HUSKS TABLETS along with PROBIONIC.

Make sure you drink plenty of water with that. It’s a bulking agent needs liquids.

I'm a new bee here of 7 months and haven't found my way totally around.

I need a vitamin or nutrition store like "GNC" in the USA.
