Sauerkraut

Has anyone tried this on the forum as it is meant to be very good for the gut bacteria. However I am nervous as it has fermented cabbage ! Would appreciate feedback. Thanks.

An excellent probiotic and source of soluble fibre which has helped me considerably. You can find it on the pickle shelves in Asda and Sainsbury's alongside the jars of beetroot, gherkins etc.
