Went to doctors today and discovered the Alendronic Acid I was given for osteoporosis has lightly been causing my IBS systems to be worse. Come off this now and hoping things might improve. Given this because of the NICE guidelines for women over 50!!

Hi There, I too couldn't take the Alendronic Acid, I have severe osteoporosis in my back, I get Zolendronic Acid via an infusion once a year, no side effects at all I'm soon to get my third, worth looking in to. God Luck
