Have found that these two things (both in tablet form) are supposed to help us sufferers of IBS. Does or has anyone tried either of these and what was the result.

Hi there, I have never tried either brand but I see that Lepicol is psyllium husk. I have tried psyllium husk before and it didn't do anything for me so what I do now is use a dessertspoonful of Golden Linseeds and sock them in around a 3rd of a mug of water and leave to soak around 1/2 hour to an hour and then drink. This works really well for my IBS C. I am using a probiotic from Holland & Barret at the moment but I see that people on here have used Opibac Probiotics on here and the reviews are fairly good so I will be having a look at those myself. What you can also do as well is look up Kefir on the internet (probiotic).

Best of luck

You are most welcome and it's only what I have learnt and picked up by being a member of this incredibly good forum. By the way 'sock' should read 'soak', I should have proofread my reply ha ha.

Best of luck and I would be interested to know how you get on.
