Bio kult for ibs

Hi I'm just wanting to ask has anybody took bio kult before I was taken twice daily recommended bye a pharmacy. And I was also taken laxdio witch wear giving me the shits and making my anus incht I think ? Well since being of laxdio and bio kult I'm not as inchty but also my stool have kinda returned normal with having bowel moments at least once a day but I am taken different medication but I haven't told the gp as they tried fobbing me off last Friday saying u need still take laxdio was making my bum worse I think it's been 2days since iv had no inchty anus so I'm hoping it stay that way I haven't really changed my diet other than adding more vegetables

Also forgot to add I was recommended using these wipes after bowel movement and I still using pile cream as I'm worried if I stop the cream it will come back as ATM it's at bay I can gey on with Mt day to day life at moment

what wipes do you use Ella ?I am the same as you when I take laxido,

I'll use ansul wipes and the ansul piles cream I use this every bowel movement how ever the cream is only recommended for 14days but iv choose en to use this longer as its the only thing what stops my anus being intchy how ever I need try it without as I can't have this cream for the rest of my life hope this helps

Have you tried Bepanthon for your bottom itch?

It’s a baby nappy rash barrier cream and has worked for me after bowel movements that leave me sore and itchy. x

I take Bio Kult once a day and think it's as good as the much more expensive probiotics available. I don't live in the UK, so I buy it when I'm there and have to order more soon online. I'm doing much better (but not perfect!) .

I was recommended BioKult by my GP after a particularly nasty episode of IBSD earlier this year, and it has made a difference. I think once you accept you have IBS you never again feel completely relaxed about living a normal life, still the first thing I do when I’m out anywhere is check the location of the nearest loo, but I’m definitely more confident now.

Hi my ibs is not that I need go loo I get conspation more than anything but I started bio kult month ago I was taken to day my tummy was bloated even more and since not taken them my tummy has gone down but don't no if I should try just once a day

I’ve been taking bio kult for a few months now and it has definitely helped me. Reduced my movements to just once a day, less bloating and I don’t feel as sicky. I just take the standard one and if I feel like I am having a bad day I take it twice rather than just once

I mite try taken one a day rather than to I just not sure If this was the reason I was bloated
