Okay so I'm now on psyllium husks + a coffee every morning first thing which seems to be helping the constipation a lot, which means i get a flat(ter) tum in the morning! But I still get just as bloated after lunch and all evening.. what would people recommend for this 'afternoon bloating' (which is sometimes painful but not always) Probiotics? Charcoal? Which are good medications/brands? Any tips appreciated x

VSL#3 is a good probiotic. I have to order it thru the drugstore as it needs to be refrigerated.
