Terrible sore tummy for 3 weeks. Wind gurgling sounds. Last weekend cramps and diarrhoea then last night severe cramps no diarrhoea but vomited once. Help I'm new to all this. What's going on? Should I see my GP?

I would see your GP. Rule out food poisoning or infection.
Thanks Martha Alice I will do that. Getting an appointment at my surgery is a nightmare though.
