Hi I have been reading up on Sibo, I believe that symptoms vary for each individual. Just wondering if any one diagnosed with this condition do NOT have associated pain.

Hi Lamloum, thank you for your reply. I have had IBS-C for many years and the FODMAP diet does not help like it did previously. I am trying to get a Hydrogen breath test on the NHS, to see if I have Sibo. Luckily I do not have pain with the bloating and distension, but I just wondered if pain in the tummy is one of the main symptoms with Sibo.

Thank you in advance bigbunbun3
