i have had a right-sided itch, ache that starts at the midline at the waist and can go to the midline of the back. i've had it for years. i have it all the time and no doctor has been able to tell me what it really is. the most possible explanation could be post hepatic shingles or back misalignment. i've had sonograms, ct's and endos and colonoscopies. wound up accidentally finding out i had bladder cancer. had the cancer removed, but still have the itch, ache on the right side. has anyone experienced this?

any other ideas, anyone?

Great they found the cancer and you were able to get it removed. Have you thought you may have a trapped nerve? Do you ever see an osteopath? Or have a massage?

Just a thought.

Yes that is exactly what I get and have got at the moment it feels tone like acid burn since I had my fall bladder removed 10yrs ago I am wondering if it is possible but if I tell the doc he says take an anti acid product but NO it's not indigestion! What is it??? Along with the desperate need for the loo after eating it's not much fun !!!

I have it a lot. Sometimes is trapped wind and leaning on my left side horizontally can help relieve. It's a difficult spot..no painkillers get to it. Standing very Straight has helped at times. It's a very busy part of the body and things clog up..that's my impression
