Sourdough is my lifesaver!!, I get it from Asda, Co op, Morrisons :) I have found a mix to bake y'self, but not as nice as shop bought!! I pay £1.39 loaf, and £1.08 for the bag of DIY!!

Thank You call,I'll give it a try,I think Gluton free bread tastes like cardboard. But I haven't tried Sourdough .

Oh and yes, KoKo milk is delicious

I luv Sourdough :) get it from most Supermarkets. I did make some from pack but that didn't taste as nice!!

Try gluten free see if it makes a difference. Tesco and Asda both have lots and they both also do sourdough bread. They also do gluten free cereals which are lovely.

You could also try replacing cows milk with oat, almond or Koko coconut milk .

I agree the worst triggers are onion and gArlic. Also caffeine can be a bad trigger.

Have tried Lactose free milk, but am now on Soya milk!!!

THANKYOU,,, will try :)

I was going to suggest a dairy free diet but sourdough has full fat yoghurt in the 'starter' although you could still try omitting all other dairy products from your diet.

I'm on a strict dairy free diet but I can tolerate a small amount a day

Not a food, but might be worth trying Colperin peppermint capsules, one two or three times a day. Can buy at chemist and also can get on prescription.

Ask your GP for a referral to an NHS dietitian to try the Low FODMAP diet - kcl.ac.uk/lsm/research/divi... list of Dietitians from Kings but other departments may be using other Low FODMAP treatments.

Kind regards

THANKYOU, am hopefully going to docs, when I can get off toilet,,,,,,lol!!!

I kept a food diary including times and condition of bowel movements.

I then started a completely dairy free diet - soya milk, soya yoghurt and Pure sunflower spread - and within 3 weeks I was 'normal'

Wow,,, I wish :) I already have Soya milk n yoghurt!!! THANKYOU
