Help required for Fructose Malabsorption/ SIBO

Anyone had this and managed to overcome it?

Am at my wits end looking for 'alternative' treatments as I am sure the gastro will give me antibiotics which will make things worse.

Lost far too much weight and just need to be able to put it back on.

Hoping someone can help......

Yes, I'm avoiding foods in the high fructose and fructans groups and minimizing my consumption in the other groups and much less pain~ ::D
