Has anyone had good results taking higher doses of magnesium, either oxide or citrate to help with this problem? I have tries with both and find that magnesium oxide at a slightly higher dose taken on an empty stomach helps sometimes.

I have recently started taking Magnesium, I have found I have loads more energy & I'm not in so much pain, but I have become slightly constipated.

I have found the Pros far outway the Cons and would recommend Magnesium Citrate if you suffer from Stomach cramps etc.
