Hi, I am vegetarian and 4 days ago began following the FODMAP diet. I really want to give this a good go and am enjoying the different foods I'm eating so far. My only problem is, that I can't find vegetarian foods that don't have FODMAPS in, to eat. When I say veggie foods, I mean I usually eat quorn presented in various, but even the most basic quorn meals aren't allowed during the elimination phase. Has anyone any suggestions or know of any sites with veggie recipes please?

The only thing I can think of is tofu. Use the fresh one.
