Fodmap vegetarian

Is there any books on fodmaps for vegetarians ?

I have read some foods online but need something more

I am in the Uk

The app from Monash University deals with all FODMAPs tested so far. mo ash are the people who discovered Fodmaps and are continuing to test foods. Do get the app it is excellent and only costs just under £7.

Good luck with fodmaps hope it helps, have you had any luck being referred to a fodmap dietetrician?

I have seen a dietitician, but she did not want to discuss Fodmap, she wanted me to do an elimination diet, she will not be to pleased when I see her in a few weeks as I could not get through her diet, I think Fodmap is worth a try for me.
