Learning More Everyday!
Oh, I have written a post about natural alternatives to drugs like
Zoloft
, Xanax & Ambien. I have yet to post it....Perhaps a little fearful of the naysayers. If there's interest in this, let me know. Look, listen & learn. Three things my dad always told me. ADAA members have a blessed day.

Health/Cancer Anxiety Ramped Up, Other Side Effects since I started Sertraline
I was off it for a month, actually a little more, and finally my psychiatrist prescribed me Sertraline (
Zoloft
). The thought being it would help with my OCD thoughts and fears about cancer, might help my anxiety, and relieve the depression.

Relationship OCD is ruining my life. Ways to stop it?
Anyways, this being said, I’ve been on
Zoloft
for a while and it seems to not be working at the moment so i know I’ll need to get my dose boosted.

Today kind of sucked!
The
Zoloft
was working so well these past two days, I'm coming to accept that not all days will be so great, but I will and I CAN get through them.

Since saturday morning I've been nerve wreckingly anxious
I have tousling in the morning, and a follow up with my hand surgeon concerning my amputation, also have to see my primary care doctor to follow up on how
Zoloft

Hello everyone.
I was on
Zoloft
250mgs a day. He took me off that and put me on amitriptyline and I just had the dose raised to 75mgs and I now experience some off the wall things along with confusion. The other night I awoke in the bathroom and when I got to my bed I didn't recognize my wife.

There is hope
I take
Zoloft
150 mg. But I’m a thousand times better then I was. Healing takes time, commitment, willingness, and facing a shit ton of fear. Things can get worse before they get better, but I’m not some phenomena, I’m you. You can get better.

Are There Alternatives To Psychotropic Drugs?
(I only had room for 3)....One of the most popular drugs for anxiety and depression (yes, I looked it up and it is prescribed for anxiety on occassion too), is
Zoloft
. This drug works by enhancing the seratonin in your brain.

JUST SAYIN'
I was advised to take
Zoloft
and had no "talk" therapy, other than to report to my Primary Dr. that I'm doing ok and being advised to stay on medication. In 2016, when anxiety made adjusting to a hearing aid, I was advised to increase
Zoloft
.

Face twitching
I’ve also started
Zoloft
, so wondering if anyone else has had either anxiety or medication cause this. Please no responses that mention scary diseases as a cause for this, I’ve already (stupidly) looked this up on google and have a Neurology appointment coming up.

Still twitching
I’m wondering if I need to switch from
Zoloft
to a different medication. Again, please no responses about scary diseases, I have a neurology appointment scheduled but trying not to freak out in the meantime.

Trying to let go of my meds
So I been on
Zoloft
for a little over 2 years. It has helped a lot! I’m not 100% better but I’m hanging in there. What sucks is that my dizziness never went away!!

If I miss a dose of Zoloft will anything bad happen?
Last night I missed a dose of
Zoloft
because I fell asleep and forgot to take it. Today I had a bad headache and it feels like a migraine. Is this normal? Will my meds stop working because I missed a dose?

Withdrawal Brain Zaps
My concern is that after years of not being on Cymbalta, and about 4 years back on
Zoloft
- I still get brain zaps occasionally. There has been minor adjustments to my meds within the 4 years but nothing drastic. The brain zaps occur maybe once a week. And they’re short.

Gastritis and anxiety
Zoloft
seemed to be the one that I stayed on the longest. It made me so drowsy though. I was thinking of asking for something again but idk if I should try
Zoloft
again or something else? At least I know what to expect from
Zoloft
... But I hate feeling that way. Maybe celexa?
