No longer in NED.
Ibrance, letrazole,
zoladex
and calcium have been my primary med regimen. Yes, I definitely slacked off on my healthy eating lifestyle. It’s so had to maintain as a single mom while trying to give him the best like. So far my plan is to intermittent fast and try to stave the cells.

For various reasons I was on bicalutimide for longer than most before starting goselerin (
Zoladex
) on October 12th 2022. . I am trying for 2 years but am not sure what the protocol or opinion is about timing.

Losing all hope after another BFN 😢
I was on a down regulated cycle with
zoladex
at day 21. Then in preparation I was Progynova x 3 a day, Utrogestan x 3 a day, Prednisolone x 4 then reduced to 2 x a day, lubion x 1 day & Inhixa x 1 a day. Tubes removed a year ago due to hydrosalpinx.

No endo found
Was started on
Zoladex
for 6 months and added to the list for a total hysterectomy. Fast forward to yesterday, I couldn’t wait anymore on the nhs, I paid to have a private hysterectomy. The consultant found no endometriosis and said everything looked healthy!

Hot flushed Post GNRH analogues
Hi I was on Prostap followed by
Zoladex
for 2 years. I decided to stop having injections 5.5 months ago. I had a lot of weight gain, other autoimmune conditions and underactive thyroid. I was all medicated up and on too much. So my question....did you have hot flushes after you came off them?

Zoladex, Tibolone and low mood
Since starting
Zoladex
again (8 days ago) I have been taking Tibolone as prescribed to counter balance the menopausal side effect. I am unsure if it is the
Zoladex
or the Tibolone but I feel a shell of myself. Constantly crying or having anxiety about the smallest things.

Update after hysterectomy for adenomyosis
So far I haven't had a big emotional upheaval, though this may still be on the cards as the
zoladex
wears off and my body adjusts to the change from Tibolone to oestrogen patches. I've had the same mixture of small patches of anxiety or tearfulness, but maybe I've been kinder to myself about them.

Still ovluating while on zoladex
Hi all I've been on
zoladex
since may (previously had it for a year in 2018 and it worked well for me). Have just had an ultrasound and been told that i am still ovulating (at least explains the pain!).

Treatment after Zoladex/Prostrap
I’m due to go back to the consultant next week and I’m just wondering what your experiences were a) coming off
Zoladex
/prostrap and b) what treatment options are next. For context I have been on the injections for 11 months now, and HRT for the past 5 months.

Anybody experienced this....
They have offered me
zoladex
but I know thus will shut down my ovaries and I don't think I could handle surgical menopause symptoms on top of this. Any advice welcome - I'm new here.

Joint mortgage and seperation with TBI partner
My other fear is that when the
Zoladex
leaves her system and she starts to get back to her senses, she might revert back to how she was when we were in a relationship.

Experiences on the coil?
Was really hopeful that this would be for me as I have been on so many pills,
Zoladex
injections previously so this was one of the last one to try. Thanks to all in advance. Just feeling defeated and deflated at the moment 💛💛 Xx

Does Zoladex become less effective after a few months?
I am in surgical menopause - 5 months in with 2 more to go before my hysterectomy. These last couple of weeks all my Endo pains seem to be creeping back in. Even the back pain and while going to the loo. Really hating it. My question is - anyone else had this? Is it wearing off?? They will have much
