I'm still going strong!
After a few weeks on Casodex, changed to Abiraterone, Goserlin (
Zoladex
). I have also had Radium 223. PSA fell initially to 0 then has risen slowly. Last reading 22. Most recent scans show no organ or soft tissue involvement. My consultant says that I am doing remarkably well.

2nd zoladex today!
After the last nurse was very rude I had a lovely nurse today! She numbed me before the injection and even put a dressing on so the blood wouldn't ruin my clothes! She also informed me that if these injections work and stop my pain they'll go straight in and remove my ovaries (didn't say anything about

Ovulation pain and zoladex
I had my first
zoladex
injection almost 4 weeks ago. It was late in my cycle and I still had my period, now for the last few days I’ve been experiencing terrible ovulation pain. Is this normal? Does it take time for the injection to take effect? I’m due for my second injection 11/12.

Post op excision of endometriosis and had mirena inserted, still bleeding and experiencing pain
I had been having
zoladex
beforehand (which was the most amazing stuff, well worth the hot flushes) and was waiting for my first period. I have now been bleeding for over 2 weeks and it's really crampy.

Anyone's lives been changed by having a hysterectomy? Good? Bad?
I've had several laparoscopies to laser endo, detach organs from one another etc, had
zoladex
, tried mirena coil (but my body rejected it and pushed it out). Nothing has worked for me.

What next?
If it's working with
zoladex
would this mean it's highly likely I will need a hysterectomy. Left in limbo :(

Zoladex Injections
Hi, I actually have Hashimotos Thyroiditis Underactive) and was wondering if anyone has had to take
Zoladex
Injections for endometriosis (it can also be given for breast and prostate cancer)? It is oestrogen based and I am scared it is going to mess my levels up - for once my levels are perfect.

First Zoladex injection 10 days ago, period came on time
Had my very first
Zoladex
injection ten days ago and I’m taking HRT and my period came perfectly on time..if not a little bit more painful this is my first proper period after my laparoscopy as well. Is it normal for my period to come? How long till it stops?

Babies?
I'm 29 and I've been on
zoladex
and letrozole for two years now the doctors want me to keep doing it for 3 more years I was wondering what my chances are of having a baby when I'm done or what your opinions are on stopping early to try for one?

BFN and Endometriosis - so much pain!
I was on
Zoladex
for 15 months prior to starting our cycle at the end of October, which calmed everything down and I didn’t have periods in that time (it was like a holiday from the pain and allowed me to have a normal life for a while).

Zoladex - Bleeding
I really need some advise I had my 3rd
Zoladex
injection on 3rd November but haven’t stopped bleeding since 2nd October and the pain is getting unbearable. I have spoken to consultant on the phone to find out how I can be bleeding for so long when I’m also on the mini pill and HRT.

Zoladex- The after effects
The effects of
zoladex
have been brutal. Especially the lack of sleep due to night sweats etc was driving me crazy. I’m just wondering how long it seems to stay in your system for. I don’t know how much more I can take!

Zoladex. How many injections??
My gp said
zoladex
is only liscensed for 6 injections to treat endometriosis, no more and not to be reapeated. Ive heard this a few times from consultants. How are some people taking it for soooo much longer. I was just wondering...not that i would, 6 was way too many. Xx

Running in family?
Is this cause for concern while I'm just "suspected but having
zoladex
"? Should I mention it on next visit?!

Here we go again, pain returns...
I have said that i was predominantly pain free on
zoladex
, it was all the other effects i've had (still having) that i'm massively struggling with.
