Psa stalled can it drop again

My psa has dropped everytime since chemo ended on Sept 2022. In May 0.10 and again in August. Have been on Zoladex since May 2022.Has anyone had this and PSA dropped again or is it a sign the HT is not working. I have no Prostate but very happy with 0.1 but worried it has stalled and that it will now rise.

I had chemo and on zoladex. Chemo finished Dec 21 and psa continued to drop until March 23 at 0.07 ( I started at 542 in June 21). Then slowly started rising and have had some radiation to new Mets this year. My guess is you’ve probably reached your low point and depends how quickly it rises from here. I’ve managed to avoid another type of ADT so far. Make sure you get regular blood tests as psa doubling time will determine next steps. I got another PSMA scan when my psa reached 2.0. Also check your bone density
