Cardio performance abrupt decline
Currently on Orgovyx for the last 18 months with very little side effects due to wrestling, lifting weights and hiking. Then suddenly four days ago, only a block from the beginning of my daily 2.5 mile hike my energy unexpectedly ran out. I pushed forward another block assuming I could shake off whatever

Triplet Regimen vs Clinical Trial (Pluvicto)
I was recently diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer with diffuse bone metastases (March 20th). I met with my oncologist at Sloan Kettering on March 23rd and received my first hormone treatment (Degarelix). My PSA has already dropped from 189 to 23.89, and I had my second hormone treatment, which was

Is there hope? I’m dreading asking the question of “how long”…
My father was diagnosed in September ‘23 with a PSA in the 900s. It had already metastasized throughout his body in several parts of his bones (ribs, spine, hips, femur and a spot at the base of his skull) but no organs had been affected other than his prostate. We were hopeful when it began to climb

Moving from Levo/T3 to NDT experiences
I am wondering, after all these years, whether Levo and Liothyronine isn't the answer for me. I have read in many posts that many have moved over to NDT and doing much better. I am looking for comments please from ANYONE that made the move to NDT and your experience in doing so, whether it be positive

RO Advice for Salvage Rad
One of the ROs I've had a consult with wants to do salvage rad soon (Post-RP PSA is north of 0.1). However, he wants do the SRT w/o ADT. His rationale is that if we do ADT concurrently, there's no way to tell if the SRT was working. Plus, he says that if the SRT fails, then I'll be in the same boat

Are you adding t3 to NDT? Why and does it work for you?
Hi All, I have come across a blog from Dr Childs, he seems to be using t3 with NDT with most of his patients. Armour doesn't work for me on its own, I have been adding T4 to it, but so far haven't felt better, it feels worse to an extent, when I add it. I would love to hear from people, who are adding

DHEA supplements: high level, fast heartbeat and want to come off it asap any advice?
Hi there, I posted about 18 months ago my saga with my endo who refused to recognise that major stress trigger messed up my thyroid levels and of course the TSH issue. Then I increased my ERFA from 75mg to 90mg and in April 2022, I started taking 13mg DHEA every day - this combination definitely helped
