Can I take these at the same time??
Elderberry &
Zinc
gummies vitamin * 5. Lemon bioflavonoid (seems to keep my tinnitus at bay) At dinner, I take psyllium fiber capsules (keeps me "regular"). 9:00 pm is when I take 2 more magnesium glycinate capsules. At 11:00 pm, I take Flecainide and simvastatin.

Struggling with my medication doses.
I've recently started supplementing magnesium,vitamin c,
zinc
, vitamin D bitoin with a multivitamin. I'm wondering whether it may be worth buying a private test to check T3 and vitamin levels, or how to push for a endo refferal with GP.

Help with my results please. Also antibodies have gone down?
I also take vitamin D,
zinc
, selenium, iron, magnesium, omega, callogen, and vitamin C supplements. I still don't feel great and am losing a lot of my hair (I'm a 42 year old female). Any help interpreting this is appreciated. My GP refuses to increase my levo. Many thanks :)

Is my only answer RAI or a thyroidectomy?
I have really tried to do everything right from taking all the recommended supplements (selenium, Mg,
Zinc
, vit D, L-carnitine...) to major dietary changes (no gluten, cow dairy, sugar, alcohol, limiting fish...)

Test results, opinion please
I take B12, D+K2, magnesium, b-complex, C,
zinc
, selenium, probiotics. Also LDN. Test fasting, 9.30am, levo taken after Same brand, Northstar Appt with endo in couple weeks. He suggested last time that T3 might be needed. But given that it is in top 1/3rd of range, would this be useful?

Diabetic Toothpaste ? Yes, you have read correctly , Colgate , the world leader in Toothpaste, now has launched a Toothpaste for Diabetes.
But perhaps the only useful ones are Sodium mono fluoro phosphate and potassium nitrate , and
zinc
oxide......needless to say that when you use such toothpaste , the synthetic chemical additives are absorbed through your tongue and mouth and may enter our blood stream and may cause undesirable side

say goodbye to restless leg syndrome
Add
zinc
rich food in your diet or
zinc
supplementation. Zincum metallicum homeopathic medicine works great in such cases.

Feeling worse on NDT- should I change my dose?
Also taking iron,
zinc
and vitamin D. My B12 and folate levels are good. Should I keep taking 2 grains and hope my symptoms ease or drop back to 1 grain? If I swap to 1 grain, how long should I wait to increase? Any help much appreciated!

Advice on Calcium Supplements Please
I try to keep up the level of calcium in my diet and take calcium citrate (500mg), vitamin D3, vitamin k2-7,
zinc
and magnesium and am researching strontium as well. My problem is that I have a kidney pain under my ribs and in my back which is related to the intake of calcium.

Advice with different blood tests
I am getting blood tests for selenium,
zinc
, calcium, parietal and endomysial antibodies. I don’t supplement any of these currently except for eating high selenium Brazil nuts. Should I stop this before and if so how long?

T3 trial update & help with next appointment
I also got
zinc
tested, which was 33.4 (9.6-20.5) umolL - is this dangerous? I was advised to supplement this but given its already high, assume supplementing would be a bad idea? Sorry for the long post - all thoughts welcome on my next steps :D

Vit D Stimulating??
It so contains
zinc
and magnesium. I live in North Ireland so little sunshine. I find it has helped my energy levels and sugar cravings loads from about the first week though oddly I find my short term memory worse. Wonder is it displacing any heavy metals? Anyone any similar experiences?

I have already started taking vitamin d,
