Reaction to Xarelto
Subsequently, I found that I experienced itching in the body and severe restlessness after taking
xarelto
, but the doctors didn't think it possible.

I am not on Warfarin (
Xarelto
) but I've seen numerous questions. My understanding is one doesn't have to totally change their diet, but to remain consistent so the doses of Warfarin stay consistent. I KNOW nothing more than that having no experience.

Happy the blood test went well
In fact, I have noticed less bruising since being on
Xarelto
rather than aspirin. My veins are also hard to find but this time everything went well. Just sharing.

What to take for a headache
Yesterday I had a sinus headache and knew I could not take aspirin or similar since I am taking
Xarelto
. I did not take anything and my headache did go away overnight. I looked on the internet and Tylenol was mentioned as OK to take but I did not have that. Any thoughts?? Barb

How worried/afraid should I be since I have been forced to abruptly stop Xarelto through no fault of my own?
I can't tolerate warfarin so my hematologist gave me
Xarelto
because I have a long history of PE's, DVT, had a minor stroke and P-AFIB & of course told me it could be dangerous if I stop it abruptly.

Requesting experience and updates from those who have been on Xarelto for APS for 6 months or longer.
Is there anyone that could share your experience on
Xarelto
that has been on it for six months or longer? The agreement with my doctors would be to start anticoagulant therapy for 3 months and then recheck my blood work.

After "thinking about it" for awhile, I will be starting Xarelto tomorrow.
Still very leary of taking any anticoagulant but will start taking
Xarelto
. This is once per day which I thought I could handle better than a twice a day pill. We will see. Anyone out there taking
Xarelto
, here is a question.

Post-op and a bit scared...
I'm now on a slew of meds, including Multaq and the anti-coagulant
Xarelto
. The
Xarelto
is what freaks me out. I just feel so fragile being on it, as if I can't even accidentally bump myself on a wall for fear of bleeding.

My doctor suggested to switch me from Warfarin to Xarelto because we cannot keep my INR stable. Is it yet approved för APS anywhere?

Xarelto
and APS? Do you have experiencies from swiching?

24 hours post ablation! First off, if this works, I would do it again. (If unfortunately necessary!)
Medications:
Xarelto
20mg 1x day for 3 months, Flecainide 50mg 2x day and metoprolol 12.5mg 2x day for 3 weeks. These choices were made personal to my situation - they are not a recommendation! Just info. Hmmm, what else?

Xarelto / Rivaroxaban - any side effects for you?
I am on 20mg
Xarelto
for 4 weeks prior to the ablation and feel as though the racing heart has increased a bit (NOT AF). Also, I am experiencing joint pain in just about every joint I've ever broken or injured... Anyone else? Also is it "one size fits all"? Nothing to do with weight? Thanks

RF Ablation date set and now millions of questions! Not the first time you've heard that I suppose.
I will start taking
Xarelto
20mg Monday.... my pharmacist says I should wear a bracelet as I live, work and commute alone.... anyone else doing that? Not thrilled about
xarelto
- but trusting my EP. I drive to work--- not far 10k, but I will need to drive.
