Question….
It seems to me there was a post not too long ago about the
Vitamin
B complex, low in
B6
, to use with the high dose
Vitamin
B1 protocol. I thought I saved it but I can’t find it here or on Facebook. Can someone help me out. Thank you.

Update
I no longer experienced severe symptoms associated with B12 deficiency after 6 months of injecting 3 mg of Hydroxocablamin three times a day and supplementing methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin 5 mg combined three times a day in sublingual liquid for 8 months. The 3 years +- prior I did improve

Parkinson's Risk, Do B Vitamins Reduce ?
[/i][/u] Results do not support the hypothesis that a higher intake of folate or
vitamin
B6
would reduce PD risk in this population.

Opinion on RLS diagnosis
I am a 35 YO female, and I’ve been suffering from migraine for the past 3 years. The intensity and frequency of migraine has increased throughout the years going from 1 debilitating attack per month to 6-8 per month.Last august 2023, I had an increase in attacks and that’s when the supposedly RLS symptoms

Multi vitamins - at last some recognition
Those who took the MV/MM supplements saw improvements in their blood levels of certain vitamins, such as
B6
,
vitamin
D, vitamin E and beta-carotene, showing that the supplements could indeed boost the amount of these nutrients in the body.

Low B6... taking a complex with pyridoxine which obviously doesn't suit
Back to the search for the best B complex (Thorne being elusive at the moment and didn't do particularly well at keeping my B12 up)... one which contains pyridoxal 5' phosphate Does anyone rate Igennus Super B Complex? All suggestions welcome 🤗

Having Private Blood Tests Done. Asking for Peer Review.
B6
-Test for toxicity. Better done by symptoms.
Vitamin
D-Check and try for midrange. This is what I got so far. Any suggestions or comments? I am being lazy and made the list off the top of my head. Any differences in experience or opinion are welcomed.
