It's been a while... new results
Hi all I haven't posted in a very long time. I would greatly appreciate some help with my latest results which I had a nurse draw for me as my Thriva results kept saying 'not enough blood' ...so I wasn't getting full results. So this time I feel I got a complete picture. Image shows all results

So following on from GP, sneaky GP posts following months of feeling rubbish, stressed, angry, anxiety through the roof, mood so low keep randomly crying . Bloods last year TSH 0.01 and FT4 21.6 (12-22) , explained about T3 suppressing TSH but Sneaky GP reduced meds . Have felt awful as my being MIA

Vitamins and Minerals - Good or Bad - What I've Recently Discovered
I've been taking quite an array of vitamins and minerals daily. Actually 7 in number, vitamin C, B, D3, K2, Taurine, Magnesium and CoQ10 (I added CoQ10 late last year). Over the last few months all the joints in my body had been getting sore to the point where they really hurt, especially when I had

Daughters bloods, saga continues and I'm Not Happy
Following on from previous posts , many posts think I can absolutely without doubt or hesitation say I am absolutely F&%@ing fuming. Gp's had asked for repeat bloods again, I kept telling them to follow NICE guidelines and that B12 shouldn't be tested once treatment started, they consistently ignored

Anaemia caused by PRD?
I had pelvic/abdominal radiotherapy treatment almost 50 years ago and started to suffer problems with digestion about 20 years ago, put down at the time, to IBS. In 2017, I underwent a hemicolectomy and the surgeon told me at the time that my small bowel was quite damaged commenting that she was surprised

feeling desperate.
Ok so I am hopefully going to be starting injecting every other day soon (possibly end of this week), but can’t just yet and I don’t know how to cope. I ain’t sleeping, I am peeing loads and have terrible bladder pain. Dr Klein says this does happen to some people. But I have also started seeing things

Advice Needed Following Test Results
I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism in November 2023 and started on a 50mcg dose of Levothyroxine. In March this year, my GP increased this to 75mcg (50mcg Accord and 25mcg Mercury Pharma). This week I took a private blood test to check my latest thyroid and vitamin status. These are my latest thyroid

Annual transplant program appointment
Yesterday was my annual transplant program check-in. Here are some highlights for those who may be curious what that entails. First up, unfortunately, is the weight and height check. This is one of the two the most dreaded moments for me. I wore the lightest clothes I could find. I've threatened

trying to get B12 SI schedule right for me
hi all Just trying to get my SI schedule right to feel my best. I live in the USA so tx protocol is once a month B12 injection. This doesn’t work for me. I need it much more often. It does seem I feel best when I’m injected by the nurse. I order my own supplies to SI at home in between nurse injections

Is it B12 anemia? I’m confused.
Hello all, I’m new here and not sure if I need to pursue some concerns I have with my health so wondered if anyone could possible give me some advice/guidance. I’ve always been tired, (it’s a family joke!), struggled with gut issues (mainly constipation), and in the last 5 or so years had terrible brain

Help with introduction of T3 please…..
Good morning, I would truly love some guidance on how best to introduce T3. My private endo has now prescribed T3 to commence with 5mcg twice a day. He would like me to drop my levo from 100 to 75 at the same time. I am trialing T3 due to poor conversion and all the usual symptoms which accompany

Weird test results
I tried to post my results the other day in the hope that one of our amazing Admins might be kind enough to give their opinion but the photo came out blurred for some reason. I take 3 grains of Armour which I’ve been doing since 2017 and up to now have been ok. However the last three to four months

Latest endo appointment. Will not increase T3 as TSH now low!!!!!
About 6 weeks ago, because of a change in make of liothyronine I made a mistake and instead of taking 2 x 10mcg tablets, I took 2 x 20mcg.When I realised, I anticipated the worst. However, I was fine, in fact more than fine. My prescribed dose was 30mcg daily. But, I started to take 20mcg twice daily
