I posted recently about starting Thybon. I’m back with another post , feeling very despondent. My t3 was 2.6 (3.1-6.8) while t4 was about 17. (12-22) It was suggested I start slow and add 5 initially to the 112 eltroxin dose and increase when tolerated to 10. I began and although my energy lifted

Vitamin D and Vitamin K Absorption Advice for the Community
Hi Everyone, I was curious about how much fat exactly we need at a meal when taking the fat soluble vitamins D and K so I looked it up. I wanted to share here in case it is helpful to anyone. Research suggests that 11g of fat at a meal is what is needed for optimal absorption of these vitamins. Some

should I keep going
I started my loading doses of B12 and l was very up and down with it. Then in October l got my first 3mth injection and it floored me for 2wks after that my energy levels started coming back up. I spoke to my doctor about it and she said that maybe I should come off of B12. I got another 3mth in January

Adcal-D3
Just a quick query. Has anyone else suffered from nausea when taking Adcal-D3 chewable? I was wondering if the tablets contain lactose, as I'm allergic to it. Since having been diagnosed with a fractured L2 and osteoporosis, the RA team and my GP both recommend them. I was taking Solgar Calcium Citrate
