B complex without ascorbic acid

Please can anyone recommend a good vitamin B complex that does not contain ascorbic acid (unfortunately Igennus does), as even a small amount of this gives me abdominal pains and diarrhoea. I also need a good folate supplement, either in the B complex or separately. AWould be very grateful for any advice, thanks.

Hi yer, I took Thorne Basic B for a while however I found I was getting awful cramps with them, don’t know if the changed any ingredients? Best one I found was Vioblossom unfortunately not able to get these anymore even from their own website. Myself daughter and sister all liked these best. I’ve gone on to Pink Tribe, found I don’t get my urine as discoloured with PT as I did with Thorne (was bright almost florescent for few hours after taking), good luck x
