Wellue users and True Afib
I am an ER Nurse and well
versed
in ECG readings. My Wellue is interpreting Atrial Fibrillation, but I am skeptical. I have frequent PACs, Atrial Tachycardia in 2-7 beat runs, and blocked PACs. Have any of you had this experience?

Request for experiences with Vitamin D
All good with what is thought to be true in the medicial field I am well
versed
in that angle. I have taken D3 with K2 and the results were not definitive so I discontinued. I have lived in Florida, traveled to the sun in Ecuador twice with positive effect.

need new neurologist
I know this might be a long shot, but if anyone know of a neurologist here that is
versed
on RLS, I would love the name. I’m in the Phx area, but willing to travel within reason.

Pain in Neck and Shoulders
I am well
versed
in releasing tension. I have practiced yoga since 1977 with varying degrees of intensity. I find Tai Che to be more effective although not as a self defence. I use this video when unable to manage anything more. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cEOS2zoyQw4

Pretty much I am well
versed
in listening to my body and it is disconcerting to have it be telling me things in a way that is new to me. Takes a lot of emotional energy to work on it. It is not all roses as I envisioned being symptom free would be.

Oct 2023 report says that to avoid heart problems in later life keep TSH and Free T4 at these levels; please advise if this is correct?
The findings from checking patient records is that the lowest risk of heart disease in elderly people is when they have:
Free T4 between 13.5 -14.8 pmol/L
TSH between 1.9 - 2.9 mIU/L
Can anyone better
in interpreting medical language please assist as this is as far as

A Win for the NHS - today at least & Questions for you
I then got the check your O2 Sats drill, well
versed
in that, followed by ‘don’t hesitate to call again if any problems’. Now 3 questions:- Q 1. Given the current state of NHS services, huge demand on demoralised and overworked staff - would that be that be good enough for you?

Intravenous Sedation
I am not totally sure if they would use
Versed
for this sedation, but if they do,
Versed
is not safe for kidney patients. Can anyone share their experiences with these procedures as I try to decide how I'm going to proceed. Thanks in advance for any information,

How did you find a specialist to help you deal with your ADHD? I'm a married white dad, diagnosed a week before I turned 60. Help...
I started with a therapist, but he was not well
versed
in ADHD. How do I find a good one?

I’m a retired nurse so am pretty
versed
about IM injections. I’ve been worried that maybe I didn’t get any med into the muscle. I had quite a large area of tissue irritation for a couple weeks after, but no muscle ache.

Thyroid, Cortisol And Sodium Question
Btw, I'm well
versed
in everything recommended here. I supplement with iron, B12, D, folate, take my meds the right way and test my bloods the right way - fasted, before 9am, etc. So that's not an issue.

Central Hypo advice
I know we can’t mention specific doctors or endocrinologists in posts, so I wondered how I might go about finding a specialist that is well
versed
in CH. I’m also curious about how important it is to test your thyroid at the same time every month and if one’s cycle can impact results?
