Pain in Neck and Shoulders

I experience this every time I self-treat more successfully with regards to injections.

It resolves and I consider it a result of being able to release tension in a way that was not possible prior to more successful self treatment of my neurological system.

I am well versed in releasing tension. I have practiced yoga since 1977 with varying degrees of intensity. I find Tai Che to be more effective although not as a self defence. I use this video when unable to manage anything more.

Hi Wizard,I get a lot of neck aches and inflammation/psoriasis at the top of my spine, shoulder pain particularly on the left. Sinusitis is worse on the left too. All long term grumbles

I do feel, since self injecting since September, that the top of my spine has been healing, plumping up between the vertebrae . I know little of the lymphatic system in that area, but I do wonder how the spine is "lubricated" and where anything is discharged to - crypts of Morgagni, or somewhere round my ears?

Obviously the degeneration of the spine nerves is one of the known consequences of PA. So what effects from the regeneration?

I hope club B12 attracts an appropriate expert.
