Hey guys, I had my first prostap injection on 18th March and I just bled for two weeks solid and had the most horrendous time whilst on it, but, after posting on here I wanted to persevere. However, when I went for my second load the nurse asked if I'd had any symptoms so I told her all my symptoms and

Laparoscopy and Prostap
Hi Everyone, I’ve got a lot of changes coming up! I’m having my 3rd laparoscopy with excision of Endo and releasing adhesions mid May, with hope that it will help me and my husband conceive in the near future when I have recovered. However, come the start of June, I will have had a total of 48 weeks

Hi all, please see also my post at: https://healthunlocked.com/bonehealth/posts/140686583/just-joined On the advice of HeronNS I decided to go off Prolia (after 1 injection) and to try the Vitamin route with increased exercise. Are My Numbers Horrible?
I was on statins 9 years ago and they caused debilitating muscle pains. When I switched doctors, my new doctor ordered a nuclear stress test, cardiac calcium test, c-reactive protein & NMR LipoProfile. Stress test was normal, cardiac calcium score was zero, c-reactive protein normal, but my NMR showed

Hi I’m 25 and have just moved in with my boyfriend. I’m desperate for a baby and have been with him for three years. He says he will be ready in June. My pains are getting worse as I have endo. Hi Everyone I haven't posted here for some time. Guess I could say things haven't been too bad part from a couple of blips, too long to explain just now. I'm sure my question has been explored before and I did find a couple of posts but they were quite old, so I thought I'd ask again. Briefly

Mick Jagger's Diet
OK – I admit it I am a Rolling Stones fanatic as are quite a few here. We are all aware of his fitness level and that he works out regularly. However, what is his diet like? Obviously not “burger and beer” based so I thought I would research it. In the entourage he has both a personal trainer and a

Spotting on prostap
Hi I've just had my third monthly injection of prostap and I've been spotting on and off since 3 weeks after first injection. Is this normal. It's not heaving and quite a dark colour. I have no pain. Nurse said she will refer me back to doc after next injection if it's still happening and not to worry

Breathless and difficult digestion. Other autoimmune?
Hi everyone. I wonder what advice you might have for a guy wrestling with Hashimoto's. My main symptoms are fatigue, exertion to breath, bloating, sometimes it can be tiring to stand but I don't know if this is more to do with being bloated and breathless. finally, although it seldom quells my appetite

New to the group
Hi. I am 59 years old and I was diagnosed with PMR in February by my primary care physician after a year of pain and many doctors. I have the added complication of having a bleeding disorder, so no NSAIDS, or supplements like turmeric or fish oil. I chose to not go on Prednisone at the time I was diagnosed

Trouble sleeping
Hi all Firstly apologies as I'm sure this has been covered before but can anybody recommend a non prescription remedy to help me sleep? My GP wont prescribe any as he said that they all contain opiates and also advised me to avoid herbal remedies. He said for me to spray lavender oil on myself and pillow

Prostap injections
Hey.. Quick question really.. I just wanted to know if anyone has had the wrong dose of this given to them? For example I have had my consultant call me to tell me that In February I had the three monthly (meant to be the monthly) and then the monthly in March so now I have had too much essentially.
