Ventolin nebulae
I don't suppose anyone knows of a source for
Ventolin
nebules? I know it's not likely available without a prescription in the UK but the person needing them just can't face another sparring match with the GP. Please PM as per the guidelines. Thanks in advance.

Ventolin
I am not on
ventolin
, as it causes awful palpitations. I am now in symbicort turbohaler and have been for years.I am lucky as I am very well controlled, thankfully with symbicort and montelucust.

Ventolin vs salamol.
I had been taking
ventolin
for many years. Doctors changed it to salamol. I have tried this for months and occasionally got
ventolin
when I repeatedly asked. However was told I was using too much salami as I didn't find relief without more puffs. Asked for
ventolin
.

Ventolin Accuhaler
. 😊 Is there anyone who is prescribed a
Ventolin
Accuhaler by their GP please(NHS)? I am trying to move away from Salamol as a reliever and was really hoping to try a dpi inhaler instead. I suggested the Accuhaler to my GP but apparently it is not available anymore!?

Switching Seretide to Fostair
Now I’ve noticed myself with tight chest/breathing (Summer and pollen maybe doesn’t help), and for the first time at work I reached for my
Ventolin
that I always have in my bag. I appreciate Fostaire is also a reliever, but the one I have was at home.

Asthma getting worse as spring allergies increase
I was recently given a new inhaler to take along with Dulera,
Ventolin
,and singular - it is called Inspiolto Respimat.I was wondering if that means my asthma is getting worse? The new puffer is for COPD, but I don't have that.

Lung Function Test
I'm due to have the test next month Slightly concerned that I am not supposed to take my inhalers (
Ventolin
and Trimbow ) for 48hours before the test. Not sure if I will be able to attend- especially as its early morning. Can anyone help please? Thank you.

Advice needed please
After suffering with asthma for 30+ years, my doctor today refused my repeat prescription for a
ventolin
inhaler. When asked why, the receptionist said I had one in March.

Any tips for getting your breath back ?
I tried using my
ventolin
inhaler with spacer ( I’m asthmatic as well ) and couldn’t get the
ventolin
down. I had the urge to fold myself over and try and breath that way and over a 10 mins breathing slowed so I could take air in.

I do not know what to do.
Every day I need
ventolin
3-4 times. My asthma nurse doesn't prescribe anything new to me, and the specialist didn't change anything either. I am currently on relvar 184, montelukast and
ventolin
. I am very desperate and went to a private clinic.

Misleading Information
Bit disillusioned with some content Just read a contributor asserting that
Ventolin
is a steroid. It isn't. Steroid Inhalers are Corticosteroids I would counsel that folk check facts before offering guidance. Noted a coue of misguided contributors already so I will just leave

Salmon v Ventolin
For a long time I insisted there is such an obvious difference and I must have
Ventolin
. As soon as I run out I will inform them only
Ventolin
. Don't care what they think but I have a history with the hospital.
