ventolin
inhaler 5 or 6 times some days I'm due to see my asthma nurse next week last time I went 4 weeks ago I was really struggling and had been for a few days as I hadn't been given the brown inhaler.

Could this be Asthma?
However, following her insistence I decided it would unlikely do me much harm and after a couple of puffs of her
Ventolin
my breathing felt a good deal better.

Confused by peak flow readings
She discussed with me whether I should go on antibiotics or oral steroids, and agreed with me that given I wasn't requiring
ventolin
, oral steroids probably weren't necessary. So I went on a seven day course of antibiotics. Job done.

So many questions-! Potential asthma diagonsis
I have some questions in that regard: - There's no doubt my blue
Ventolin
inhaler helps, but it only helps for an hour or two tops. Are there conditions besides COPD/Asthma that it can help?

Asthma worse since starting symbicort?
Then one day out of the blue my asthma was terrible. i was wheezing and felt as if my wind pipe was very restricted (the same feeling us asthmatics experience when we need our
Ventolin
), it was horrible. I took my
Ventolin
and to my dismay this did NOT help the situation what so ever.

So...does cannabis oil work?
Had my x ray, did the spirometry, took 3 doses of
ventolin
, did the spirometry again 15 minutes later, then called into the doctor. He was looking at the spirometry results with a look of puzzlement on his face, so i was expecting the worst.

Posting for my Dad - Symbicort 200 Turbo Vs Fostair
After a bad chest infection, they trialled him on Clenil and
Ventolin
and these were not effective. He ended up having an Out of Hours appointment and the GP put him on Symbicourt, no
ventolin
. He was told if he had an asthma attack, he was to call 999.

Toddler asthma
His night cough is terrible, we were up most of the night last night, the
ventolin
did nothing despite him having the full dose so im wondering if he needs a preventer or different inhaler? Also any tips on how to give him his inhaler would be much appreciated its always such a battle.

I don't want asthma to define me!
Being 22 and not being about to walk up the stairs to work, step outside for too long or laugh with friends without having to reach for my
Ventolin
is restricting and upsetting.

23yo with asthma really struggling. any advice very welcome
- My Dr suspects sinisitus, she prescribes antibiotics and
ventolin
inhalers. I struggle to finish the course of antibiotics as they make me very nauseous, to the point where I throw up at least 4 of them - I cut down my smoking even more, I am down to 4/5 rollies a day.

Asthma history last couple of months
I suppose this shows my ignorance about the disease of asthma and because it was mild treatable with a a few puffs on my
Ventolin
. What I am wondering is that as I didn't recognize the symptoms and didn't do any thing about it.

Worst things people have said/what not to say to someone with a lung condition
_You_ can take a puff of
Ventolin
and be fine. _You_ get new inhalers because the expiration date has passed. _You_ don't have to get up an hour earlier than you'd normally need to and go to bed an hour later because you have so many meds to do.
