Ventolin

No explanation from docs I was previously on ventolin and becotide 100 Can anyone help

Anyway, in November the respiratory nurse said I shouldn't need to use the spirva dry powder, but was told to use the blue ventolin as and when required. At first I was fine, joined a gym too and started to eat better, even losing a few pounds.

They've started me on the brown and ventolin inhalers and a spacer. I've been using the preventer for 5 days. At 4am this morning I woke up short of breath seemingly without space to breath in, pressure on my lower ribs, aching in my lower ribs or stomach and panicky. Is that an asthma "attack"?

pulse blood pressure fine does that mean I'm fine or Is that not to do with asthma please tell me I tried lot and can't walk far without getting out of breath I told my nurse load about being breathless she just say take your pumps or up them I'm on 92/22mcg relvra ellipta pump yellow square and blue Ventolin

Hi i slipped on ramp 3 days ago and fractured my ribs and it been 3 days now and now i cant move my shoulder proper hurts if does what can happen if stop taking my asthma pumps for 3 days i on blue ventolin salbutomal and relvar ellipta 92/22mcg strengh yellow

Since then I have been just using flixotide with my normal blue ventolin. Every time I see my gp advising him that I can't breath and that every day I cough up green phlem , often with blood streaks in it at least twice a day, sometimes more but all they say is !

Upon a phone conversation with them about my medications I found out that 2 of my rescue inhalers are no longer covered ( Ventolin and Pro Ventolin ) very irritating !! Is anyone else having this problem ? What other inhalers are out there ?

At hospital they thought maybe I should have a nebulizer, my own doctor thought a spacer plus a Ventolin spray. Very breathless, just wonder which would be better?

I have seretide 250 two puffs twice a day as well as Ventolin if needed.. Hope you are all well despite the cold weather. All the best Fran

I have had asthma since I was very young and am now 16 but recently the chemist have stopped giving me my usual repeat prescription of a ventolin and fostair every month because apparently I have had too many inhalers this year so I now have to wait till I have a asthma review until I can get my next

For safety's sake I used some ventolin (doesn't happen much), and after I asked and it turned out the teacher had used some incence 2 hours before I got there. I couldn't smell anything.

take my asthma pumps for a while now since fractured my ribs will she give me a nebulizer as I can't take my pumps till my ribs better so hope she don't ask me to because I won't be able to because it hurts my ribs when breath in deep which have to when take pumps I been 5 days without pumps I on blue Ventolin

Breathing wasn't slowing down so took a few puffs of ventolin and walked until it felt normal again. Ran for a bit more until I went round a corner and the wind quite literally took my breath away!! So walked for a but more (with a bit more ventolin) before managing to run the last 1/2 k.

A week ago, despite increasing the doseage of my turbohaler and using ventolin I had developed a wheeze I could hear and was getting out of breath when walking on the flat to a car park. My voice had also become quite husky and I was really tired.

Ventolin on its own didn't help. Tried brown and green inhalers to no avail. Fostair didn't work at all, afterwhich i had my first and hopefully only asthma attack! I've had to take prednisolone several times over the last few months.

Every time when on antibiotics I get this strange asthma type reaction which doesn't respond to usual asthma treatment like ventolin ( on in daily steroid inhaler) and it's preceded by dry throat like am about to get a virus, almost seems like a bronchial cough. No one has really known what it is.

And ventolin for when my chest gets tight. I finished the 3rd course of steroids 5mg last Friday and boy have I gone downhill. My energy is nil and I have flu like symptoms and feel really shakey and weak.

I have tried a few powder inhalers, all off which made me ill, so I have been managing just with "Ventolin" Many thanks Steve.
