ventolin
I have always got the kindest replies to my questions, and I thank you. I have another question. Does anyone use a Ventolin or Pro air albuterol inhaler? If you do, how many times a day do you normally use it?

ventolin
Just out of hospital after a bad episode. I was told by one of the nurses that I had overdosed on Ventolin, something my doctor said was impossible! Be warned.

How to know when inhaler is empty?
Hi Some days take more ventolin than others so cannot work out easily. When ventolin has gone there are still inactive gases in the canister giving impression there is still some drug inside. I have read about placing canister in a bowl of water and checking that way. Anyone know any other way? I don't

Frustrated
Hi there I had a recent exacerbation, which resulted in two courses of prednisilone. While things are improving, I'm far from back to normal. I also take seretide. For a couple of months I've been having four puffs twice a day of 125, Tried to get appointment with my usual gp who knows me and my asthma

So frustrating
I've asthma for many years. By and large it used to be very well controlled. Since before Christmas it's been one episode after another. Struggled over Christmas. Saw gp increased long term preventer. Now I'm on my second round of prednisilone. Double dose seretide and still a fair bit of ventolin.

Going from cold to hot
Has anyone else had trouble when going from outside in the cold to inside? I have always noticed a difference but last month or so it's got harder and harder to control. It's taking quite a bit of Ventolin which leaves me shaky and having paliptations. I am a teacher in a seniors school and a youth worker
