Best time of day to take Venetoclax
I am starting
Venetoclax
next week. Does anyone have advice as to when to take it? Is it preferable to take it with a morning meal, lunch, or with an evening meal. Thanks in advance for your suggestions or experience.

IB vs venetoclax
But after reading so many stories within this community, people seem to fair better with
venetoclax
vs. IB?? My mom is almost 77 years old, 5'5" and 130 lbs. She is a fighter like me, but I'm concerned about this IB drug. Can anyone please help me or guide or offer suggestions??

"[i]In previous analyses of the MURANO study, fixed-duration

Good news 😊
Just had my monthly telephone consultation with my consultant and after 9 months on Ibrutinib and 9 weeks now on
venetoclax
my WBC and lymphocytes are normal. He said that at the moment this can be considered as “being in remission” and to just keep on taking the tablets!

What is usually first line of treatment?
I was offered trial with 2 options you dont get to pick Ibrutinib, obinutuzumab,
venetoclax
Or Ibrutinib, obinutuzumab I am hearing from the group that these are second line of treatment. I have not been treated and my retired doc just recently said I was watch and wait.

Lemons /Lemonade?
I'm starting
Venetoclax
. I love orange juice and lemon juice. Most of the time I make them at home. Is there anything known about these two not being recommended? I know about the grapefruit and starfruit and certain oranges. But not sure about other citrus fruit. Thank you.

Venetoclax and acid reflux?
Hi - I’ve been taking
venetoclax
for 8 months and recently have been having what feels like acid reflux. Has anyone else had this problem? If it is acid reflux, what do you take for it? I’m afraid to take anything because apparently most drugs out there for reflux block absorption.

Switching Venetoclax from morning to evening
I have been on
Venetoclax
for 6 weeks now and am on 400mg daily. Had a few side effects which are now lessening but nausea remains. Usually starts up about 2 hours after taking tablets. I have been given anti nausea pills which do work but I do not want to take these indefinitely.
