Just wanted to know if anyone had any interactions with Lemons/Lime? And about fatigue and respiratory issues? I'm starting today.

Further to cllady01 's replies to your earlier post: healthunlocked.com/cllsuppo... Venetoclax serum levels can be impacted by foods which inhibit the enzyme CYP3A, increasing the risk of side effects. Grapefruit in particular does this markedly. Other than Seville oranges, other common citrus fruits mostly seem to be okay, but if you have any concerns, see if you can enjoy your citrus 12 hours away from when you take your Venetoclax. If you have concerning side effects, see if having a break from citrus food/drink for a week makes any difference.

I sure hope not, Dorito. I start & end my day with half a lemon squeezed into a tall glass of warm water. I also usually have a kiwi for breakfast, as well as an orange. (No, not Seville or any bitter orange. Just a humble old Navel.) No issues I’m aware of, & no notable fatigue or respiratory problems either. (I run 5 miles a day, 4-5 mornings a week; on 400mg daily Venetoclax.)
