Achieving undetectable MRD is great, but how was it measured, i.e. what was the sensitivity of equipment?

One in 10000? One in 100000? One in 1000000?

That's one crucial information which is not published very often for some reason one can only speculate about.

usually it's flow cytometry of peripheral blood. NGS-next generation sequencing is too expensive at this time to use it a lot. A bmb aspirate might be more precise. Flow cytometry can only get mrd-4 which i believe is less .01 percent
