Mepolizumab and C19
My wife has EGPA and currently receives monthly injections of Mepolizumab at the local hospital. We are concerned that going to hospital may expose her to the virus (particularly as it is a respiratory nurse that administers it). We are trying to weigh up whether missing the dose is preferable to taking

Shingles vaccine
Hi, I have been having mepolizumab injections for over a year now with amazing results. I have just been offered the shingles vaccine. Does anyone know if this is contraindicated.

Self admin of Mepolizumab
Gave myself the first injection today, so simple! Much better than waiting around for the home admin team, lovely though they were. I’m nervous about storing the injections correctly and travelling with them but on the whole, great to be free to give myself the injection at my convenience.

Mepolizumab self-administration?
Has anyone started self-administration of their Mepolizumab injections?? I am due to begin self-administration next month and while I am really glad I won't have a fifty mile round trip to the hospital, I do feel a bit anxious about it and so I was wondering if anyone else has started self-injection

Alternatives to Immunosuppresents
I have had a bad year with very bad side effects from
Vedolizumab
, eventually led to having Throat Cancer not sure if related or not. However cancer has been surgically removed and now the Crohns is starting to flare because I have been on 8 weeks of antibiotics so far and 4 to go.

IgE mediated allergies now non-IgE mediated.
Having been considered a severe and difficult asthmatic (previously brittle) for over 20 years, I have struggled to get anywhere really. This year they decided to retry Xolair which had previously given me suicidal ideation but now my IgE is only 33, which is ok but my RAST tests have come back practically
