Shortness of breath
I recently had an aortic valve repair through a TAVR procedure. A few weeks after the procedure I was feeling great.....very little shortness of breath, only if I over exerted. My primary physician lowered my metoprolol tartrate from 25 mg twice a day to 12.5 mg twice a day because of my heart rate staying

Chemical Stress Test.....what to expect
Dear fellow a fibers" across the pond". I'm writing from the US and would like to know of any experiences you might have had with a chemical stress test. I am 74 and was diagnosed with afib 4 years ago. At that time I did have an angiogram with good results. My basic drugs are Flecainide, Elaquis, Metoprolol

Am I experiencing a blood pressure med reaction?
I'll try to be kind of brief... I'm 35 year old male, married w/ two precious girls (4yrs & 3yrs old). About 6 years ago we discovered that I had high blood pressure while checking bp at my inlaws house. We have high bp and high cholesterol in my family so we decided to go to "the families" cardiologist

AF seems to have settled down. No more problems
I was diagnosed with AF about two years ago and was given amiodarone and a lot of other medicine.. None of which helped very much. And I had long periods of leaving me out of breath. I I then read on the Internet that losing weight and getting back to normal weight could reduce AF by 65%. I was so desperate

Prescribed Tizanidine for migraine headaches
Hi Everyone, Wondering if anyone has used tizanidine for pain? My migraine doctor recently prescribed it for the combination headaches I now get, which seem to be both from the temporal arteritis and migraine headaches. I have spoken with my doctor about side effects and will be seeing her Wednesday

I have had to change blood pressure tablets from Valsartan to Candesartan last week. My blood pressure dropped to a low reading of 106 / 72
I used to take 80mgs twice a day of Valsartan and was prescribed 8mg once a day of Candsesartan. I began to feel light headed and went to see the doctor who halved the dose. I have taken nothing in the last 3 days and my bood pressure is now 120 / 84 .Could the effects of Candesartan still be lowering
