Something for those of us who struggle with the deeper analyses of our fellows--behavior factors affecting PCa survival
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/36028533/ Results: Over a median 10.2 years, we observed 219 PCa deaths. Each additional point of one of the PCa-specific health behaviour scores (2015 PCa Behaviour Score) was associated with a 19% reduced fatal PCa risk (HR: 0.81, 95%CI: 0.68-0.97). AFib and cold showers
Hello amazing community, My PAFs usually begin in the early evening or at night in bed. I am wondering if my cold shower regime really helps end them or might just be random. The last few times when I get up in AFib in the morning, I shower/douse myself with freezing water to get the "gasp effect

Biopsy update
Hi I don't know if any of you remember that a few weeks ago I had a biopsy done for skin cancer. Today got my results back and it is all clear. I just had that feeling that I didn't have it, but It did mean that I got rid of the mole and wart growing on it.

A very knowledgeable source informed me about a multi-institutional UK trial using dose adjustment in ovarian cancer. Does it ring any bells to you? How to cope with fear of cancer returning
Hi! I’ve now received the “all clear”, but the fear is still there. Has the cancer really gone? Will it come back? When will it return? Will I catch it in time? How can I go through all the treatment again? How do you cope with these disturbing thoughts? I’m told to focus on the positive, which is

Follow Up
Hi guys, I know you will remember the farce that was my treatment - so no no need to do 10 A4 worth of words. Just say last year I never got a follow up - until almost a year later. This time I had my BCG treatment for BC and a week Wednesday I have a Cystoscopy to see if the treatment has worked

Sudden cold episode
This morning I was getting ready for work and my body suddenly went freezing cold and I felt like I was going to pass out. My heart started racing and I thought I was going to die. I rang for an ambulance. After several hours the ambulance service just called and asked if I still wanted them to come
