Protecting our Manhood
OK, I'm going to be open and honest and looking for the same from my fellow compatriots. From what I know, ADT, once it gets going, will physically affect our family jewels. Shrinkage is one of the things that is likely to happen. What is the best way to try and reduce these effects? I see that

Hi 😊 Please could anyone share their experiences with the zoladex injection? My gynae has suggested going on it for 6 months with the HRT pill, to help with endo symptoms. I know there can be a lot of bad side affects to taking this and I’ve read about a few bad experiences already, but I’d anyone

Book about red light therapy
Could anyone recommend such a book? I bought a red light lamp some time ago, but haven't really got into using it. Apparently it can be used for mood as well as pain, which is interesting. The light also frightens me a bit, though it is meant not to be harmful to the eyes.

Testosterone Recovery Time after 1 Year of ADT?
I am ending ADT at 1 year. As of today my Testosterone is <0.01. It was 4.3 mg/mL before my first shot. Is there any data on how long it will take a 61 YO to start to see some T come back? Anyone here of a similar age and duration have any words or wisdom on what to expect? My next test will

"8mm sclerotic focus noted T12 vertebrae within left superior acetabulum"
MO ordered CT Abdomen/pelvis after having a couple blood clots in urine, no blood, about 4 mths ago with several quick sharp pains in bladder area daily since about that time (may be from straining to empty bladder when urinate or kegels). CT no issues noted other than the 8mm sclerotic focus in T12

sudden drop in thyroid results!!
I recently had some health concerns which are still being investigated, in the meantime a new symptom of swollen face has occurred and I seem to of gained all the weight I just lost. I got some thyroid results today and was shocked to see how they have decreased when I usually have a steady result.

PSA holding low after all!!
As I complained a couple of months ago that PSA could be increasing, today the PSA moved a bit down from 0.03 3 months ago to 0.01 today :-), so I needed to write a few words here about my feelings. With a warm-hearted attitude, somehow enthusiastic but foolish too, as these things are never static,

51, diagnosed at age 50 (Pirad 5 w/ ECE, 3+4 (20%), PSA 10.1, negative PSMA, Decipher high 0.84). I received SBRT treatment at UCLA in late October, 2023 (finished 10/25). I’ve been on ADT since October 16, 2023 and am scheduled to end ADT this March. I had my first follow up PSA test on 1/19 and it

Orchidectomy vs ADT
For anyone who had the bilateral orchidectomy, I would like some advice for my husband. When was it done? Before or after BCR occurred? What are the side effects? Do you take any other ADT meds after? How is your QOL and is there anything you'd do differently. He had RP in Dec 2021. No other treatment
